Hi, I am Athena!! I am a wife, a twin mom, and a teacher! I LOVE JESUS, coffee, running, and all things Target! If you love positivity and affordable style; you have come to the right place!! I am so GLAD you are here!
9 years ago, I began a daily habit of reading my bible, praying, and journaling every day during my lunch time. This “lunch break” season would last until January 2020. January 1, 2020, God called me to get up and pray before I did anything in the day. He asked me to give him the FIRST fruits of the day or the first moments. Reflecting on the past year, it was funny it was 2020. The alarm goes off early, but I have learned to savor the early morning hours. My body has grown accustom to the early alarm and the time spent in the prayer. The morning has become my favorite time of the day! Use my schedule below to help you set up your day with prayer (times may vary)!
You can also follow me on Instagram via https://www.instagram.com/lightandlessons/ to get a daily scriptures, positive quote, and a little bit of humor!
